Our utmost goal is to promote effective initiatives which serve our communities. We believe anyone who has the desire and determination to grow food can and will do it! It's never too late to start! We serve Houston, Texas and surrounding communities.

Gardening Tools

Microgreens Instructions:

  1. Harvesting: Use clean scissors to cut the microgreens at mid-stem, just below the leaves.

  2. During Harvest: Keep the microgreens in the green tray. Place a saucer with water underneath to maintain freshness while harvesting.

  3. After Harvest: Once all microgreens are harvested, rinse the green tray thoroughly. Dispose of any leftover roots or medium, then reuse the tray to sow new seeds.
