Microgreens Instructions:
-
Harvesting: Use clean scissors to cut the microgreens at mid-stem, just below the leaves.

During Harvest: Keep the microgreens in the green tray. Place a saucer with water underneath to maintain freshness while harvesting.

After Harvest: Once all microgreens are harvested, rinse the green tray thoroughly. Dispose of any leftover roots or medium, then reuse the tray to sow new seeds.
